CROSSFIT CLASSES

CF5200 offers one-hour group fitness classes in Wellington Monday-Saturday led by an experienced, dedicated, and knowledgeable coach who will teach, entertain, and motivate! Our programmed workouts are designed to improve functional and applicable fitness, burn calories, and increase lean muscle mass and one’s overall ability to live a better and more productive life.

CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS

The CrossFit Foundations course focuses on the foundational movements and lifts from the world of CrossFit and is designed for athletes brand new to the sport. Our coaches will train closely alongside each athlete, working together to develop a solid foundation to thrive in our regular programmed CrossFit classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

All CF5200 coaches hold one or more Certified Personal Trainer credentials. Whether your goal is to improve in the sport of CrossFit, or improve your overall fitness and nutrition lifestyle, our qualified coaches are here to help. Each coach brings years of experience creating individualized programs for athletes of all skill and ability levels.
